Apparently, Germany is the largest producer in the world of iron, steel, coal, cement, chemicals, machinery, vehicles, machine tools, electronics, food and beverages; shipbuilding and textiles. Phew!

Interesting Fact of the Day

A new perfume was introduced to the German market called Irish Mist.  However, mist in German means manure so it’s not surprising that sales did not take off!  (It was re-branded Irish Moos (moss) soon after).
